Personal Information is stored in a database hosted in Australia, and the application servers that access it also run in Australia. All connections to the Product are encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to data is restricted by account and by role, and is enforced at the database level rather than only in the interface. Passwords are hashed by Our authentication provider and are never stored by Us in readable form. Where a user connects a third-party account such as Google Calendar or Xero, the access tokens for that connection are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored, with a separate encryption key for each service. Payment card details are handled entirely by Our payment processor and are never stored on Our systems.
6. Third parties
a. We may provide some of Your Personal Information from time to time to Third Party Service Providers so that they can help us to serve You via the Product. In particular, We may use Third Party Service Providers to assist with information storage (such as cloud storage).
b. We may use Third Party Service Providers to host the Product. If this occurs, that Third Party Service Provider is likely to have access to some of Your Personal Information.

We retain Personal Information for as long as an account remains active, and for as long afterwards as is necessary to meet Our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. Where information relates to a person who is not an account holder, such as a client or contractor whose details were entered by an account holder, requests about that information should be directed to Us and We will refer them to the account holder responsible where appropriate.

We will respond within a reasonable period, and may ask You to verify Your identity before acting on the request.
13. Disclaimer regarding security
By continuing to use the Product, You agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. You acknowledge, agree and accept that no transmission of information or data via the internet is completely secure. You acknowledge, agree and accept that We do not guarantee or warrant the security of any information that You provide to Us, and that You transmit such information at Your own risk.
14. Changes to this policy
a. We may make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time in Our sole discretion.
b. If We make changes to this Privacy Policy, unless We obtain Your express consent to those changes, then such changes will only apply to any information that We obtain from You after the date that the changes take effect.

15. Complaints
a. We take customer satisfaction very seriously. If You have a complaint in relation to Our handling of Your Personal Information, We will endeavour to handle it promptly and fairly. For Your information, an overview of Our complaints handling procedure is as follows:
I. Complaints about how We have handled Your Personal Information should be sent to Us using the contact details at the end of this Privacy Policy. We will acknowledge Your complaint and aim to respond within 30 days. II. If You have a complaint in relation to Our handling of Your Personal Information, You should use the following procedure to lodge Your complaint with Us:
Email Us at hello@realeddy.com with “Privacy complaint” in the subject line. Describe the nature of Your complaint, including any relevant dates, the people involved, what has occurred, and what You believe should be done to resolve it.
III. If You are not satisfied with Our response to Your complaint, You may refer your complaint to the following external dispute resolution organisation: Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) — www.oaic.gov.au
16. Google user data and Limited Use
a. This clause applies only if You choose to connect Your Google Calendar to the Product. Connecting a Google Calendar is optional and is never required in order to use the Product. If You do not connect a Google Calendar, We do not receive any information about You from Google.
b. What We access. When You connect Your Google Calendar, Google asks You to grant Us a single permission: to view Your availability, which Google describes as free/busy information. For the one calendar You have connected, We request the start and end times of the periods in which Google reports You as busy, across a forward-looking scheduling window. We do not hold permission to read, create or edit calendar events, and We do not request it. We never see the title, description, location, guest list or attachments of any event.
c. What We do not do. The Product does not create, change or delete anything in Your Google Calendar. It does not read any calendar other than the one You have connected. It does not access any other Google product, or any other information held in Your Google Account.
d. How We use it. Free/busy information is used for one purpose only: to mark You as unavailable within the Product’s scheduling, so that the booking engine does not offer a time at which Google reports You as already busy. It is not used for advertising or marketing, for profiling, for creditworthiness or lending purposes, or to develop, train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
e. How We store it. The start and end times of Your busy periods are stored as unavailability entries against Your staff record in Our database, which is hosted in Australia. No event content is stored, because none is collected. Each synchronisation replaces the previously imported entries for that calendar rather than adding to them. The access and refresh tokens Google issues when You connect are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before they are written to the database, and are never displayed to You, written to Our logs, or disclosed to anyone.
f. How We share it. We do not sell information obtained from Google APIs, do not transfer it to advertisers, data brokers or information resellers, and do not disclose it to other users of the Product — the other parties to a booking can see only that You are unavailable at a given time, never the source or the content of that unavailability. The only parties who receive it are the Third Party Service Providers identified in clause 6, which host and operate the Product on Our behalf, and only to the extent necessary for them to do so. Information obtained from Google APIs is not read by any person except where that is necessary to operate, secure or support the Product, where You have asked Us to, or where We are required to do so by law.
g. How You remove it. You may disconnect Your Google Calendar at any time in Your account settings within the Product. When You do, We ask Google to revoke the access We hold, We delete the stored tokens from Our database, and the unavailability entries imported from that calendar are deleted with them. You may also withdraw Our access at any time from Your Google Account’s security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
h. Limited Use. The Product’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
